Days after “Tha Carter IV” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with a massive 964,000 copies sold, Lil Wayne continued a memorable week by leading all nominations for the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards, which were officially announced on Thursday morning .
